Sixteen years ago, a small group from our church traveled to rural villages in India.
We partnered with local believers who were already faithfully serving — preaching the gospel, caring for children, praying for the sick, and loving those often forgotten.
We met children filled with joy despite having very little.
We prayed with people whose needs we could not understand — but God could.
We touched the untouchable, trusting Jesus to do what only He can do.
Now, years later, the questions remain.
How many were healed?
How many later came to know Christ?
We may never know.
And that’s okay.
Following Jesus has never been about measuring results.
It has always been about obedience, trust, and surrender.
We sow the seed — God brings the growth.
Whether across the world or across the street, Jesus still calls us to love, to serve, and to pray.
