A simple and super moist plain cake will give you that nostalgic feeling and you can make this cake with few ingredients and in no time. This no fail cake recipe will definitely be your treat with a daily tea time gossips and surly you will love it.

Saada Cake
Ingredients:
1. Plain flour 200gms
2. Baking powder 2tsp
3. Butter unsalted softened 200gms
4. Caster sugar 200gms
5. Eggs 4 room temperature
6. Vanilla essence 1tsp
7. Milk 1/4cup
8. Yellow food color 1/4tsp in 2tbsp water

Method:
1. In a bowl add butter and beat until light and creamy.
2. Then add caster sugar and mix and add vanilla essence and mix.
3. Then sieve flour and mix baking powder and then in batter add eggs one by one with a spoon full of flour mixed with baking powder.
4. Remaining flour add in batter and fold well.
5. Add milk and yellow food color and mix.
6. Transfer batter in 8X8 inch round baking pan greased and lined with butter paper and tap on surface to avoid air bubbles, bake at 180*C for about 35-40 minutes.
7. Remove cake from oven and place on cooling rack and after 20 minutes unmold cake and remove paper from cake and cut its desire slices and serve with a cup of tea.
DELICIOUS SAADA CAKE is ready.
