Milk - 4-5 cup
Aval/Poha/flattened rice - 2 cups
Mixed nuts - 1/2-1 cup
Mixed fruits - 2 cup

Red chilly flakes - 2-2.5 tsp

Dry parsley - 1/4 tsp
Dry basil - 1/2 tsp
Dry oregano - 1 tbsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Ketchup - 1-1.5 tbsp
