Today, we are heading to South America (without leaving the kitchen) to try the famous Chilean Fan-Schop. If you haven't heard of it, it's a massive cultural staple in Chile where they mix cold draft beer with Orange Fanta. It sounds crazy to American taste buds, but millions of Chileans swear by it.
For our test, we’re using Peroni Nastro Azzurro to see if a crisp Italian lager creates the perfect balance, or if we just ruined a perfectly good beer.
