This is an example workout from our 2018 In-Season Hockey Training Program that includes off and on ice training for during the hockey season. Get access here: https://www.hockeytraining.com/inseason
For this on-ice hockey conditioning workout you will need 6 different stations around the ice, and perform each exercise for 30 seconds with roughly 30 seconds rest between each.
Once complete all 6 exercises rest 2-5 minutes and repeat for a total of 2-4 rounds.
Here are the stations seen in the video:
1 - Lateral Hops
2 - Shoot The Duck
3 - Crunches
4 - Hockey Net Dips
5 - Shuttle Sprints
6 - Close Grip Push Ups
Other drills can be substituted in as needed, but try to keep a balance of lower body, upper body and core drills.
