Описание: I'm seeing more and more ppl speaking out about woman predators and it makes me feel so seen and less alone so I will continue sharing my story/wisdom I've gained about all of this💕❤️‍🩹 (after a decade of healing/processing/integrating. I've gone DEEP into reflection, unlocked memory blocks, understood myself in deeper ways-making my life make more sense, done emdr and somatic work, and have been researching about woman predators)
I am here to help you understand yourself...help you realize you've ALWAYS made sense and known your truth...even if your mind made excuses or blocked it out!!
also women predators are more covert, sneaky, manipulative...victims often doubt their experience, minimize it, or assume the abuser "meant well". we tend to blame ourselves or think that our reactions to it were "wrong/weird" when really it was your body ringing an alarm cause it was violation💔 the body keeps the score...the mind remembers when it feels safe enough to. the mind remembers when your inner child trusts that you won't shame/blame/abandon yourself once you remember it. building self trust by validating your body's reactions & emotions is an AMAZING START! comfort your inner child cause they need that💗💗💗
