In this video we continue the progress on the NBS Silverado Single cab Dually build. I did say the next video would be me finally lowering the front but I also said I wanted to replace the steering wheel and possibly the console lid. I happen to get a new steering wheel from my uncle that is leather wrapped and doesn't have the steering wheel controls. I also had a crack in the console lid but dried it out trying to clean it with my steam cleaner so it needed to be replaced also. I show you how to remove and replace the console lid in this video. This console lid replacement will be the same for 99-2006 and 2007 classic silverado and sierra. Some tahoes and yukons also have this same lid. After that I show you how to remove the air bag and steering wheel. I include the torque spec for the silverado steering wheel in the video.
