Job Reservation Law Neither Draconian Nor Discriminatory: Dushyant Chautala

Описание: Deputy Chief Minister of Haryana, Dushyant Chautala told NDTV that the new job reservation law which provides 75 per cent reservation in private sector, is neither draconion nor discriminatory. "Maharashtra has a law which solely offers reservation on the basis of language. Ours doesnt discriminate on the basis, faith, class, caste or colour," said Mr Chautala. He clarified that the laws will be applicable not only on the new units but will also cover existing private firms.
