God gave us His Word so we can KNOW Him and LOVE Him, chiefly by knowing and loving the Lord Jesus, who is the subject of the Word.

The Written Word makes known the Living Word, Jesus Christ, and the Living Word makes known God.

The Bible is a love letter from God to you. If you are pursuing someone you love, you do all you can to make known your good qualities. JESUS CHRIST is GOD’S “Valentine” to you. God wants you to have everlasting life, as well as wisdom so you can be salt and light in this fallen world.

The Bible is a manual for living, written by the Author of Life.
