Описание: It’s easy to think that cheap and cheerful video testimonials are the most valid option for your business.

But how do you know when picking a cheap video testimonial service is a good decision? What if buying cheap is bad for your company?

If you’re selling a product with a low price, say $9.99 a month, maybe a cheap video testimonial option is viable.

But if your product has a $50,000 AVC (average customer value) and great customers, a cheap and cheerful video won’t fit.

Great video testimonials have 3 features:

1. Authenticity
2. Quality
3. Universal Application (Utility)

Authenticity and quality are not mutually exclusive. The best quality with zero authenticity is just as bad as no quality at all.

A customer video has to be authentic at its core. That’s the starting point. If you interview a customer, without using a script, that’s authentic.

Cheaply produced customer videos offer limited utility. Sure, you can post them on your homepage, but the impact they have compared to high-quality videos is low.

In the end, the production quality of your customer videos needs to reflect the proportionate value of your products.
