So I filmed this video right after coming out of the hairdresser towards the end of last year and noticed that although my hair keeps growing pretty well, this TOTAL MISTAKE that I regret keeps coming back to haunt me! :/ Watch this video to find out what the hair mistake was that I made which caused a hair growth setback in my healthy hair journey. This setback is a bit unusual and I honestly haven't seen many people speak about this even though its consequences are quite messy to deal with. So don't make the same mistake I did, especially if your major hair goal is grow it!
