G0752 Lathe BDTools CNC Conversion - Part 4 - Running On Mach3 Turn

Описание: Had a few issues with the old video editing software that I had to get worked out to get the rest of these videos out.

I will eventually move over to Linuxcnc, but I already had a PC configured with Mach3 on it and I really just wanted to see the machine move. I use this PC on my Plasma table and it has been working great for a few years.

I have not tuned the stepper motors yet in this video.

I did later on tune the steppers and it appears that I have the drivers configured for 1/16th microstepping. I ended with the motor tuning Inches per minute setting at:

1/16th MicroStepping
Z-Axis - 16256
X-Axis - 20320
=======================

I will be buying new drivers that support 1/8th and 1/10th microstepping and the setting steps per inch settings will change to:

1/8th MicroStepping
Z-Axis - 8128
X-Axis - 10160
=======================
OR
=======================
1/10th MicroStepping
Z-Axis - 10160
X-Axis - 12700
=======================

The above numbers are a reference, but seem to be fairly accurate for me with limited testing.
