• Keep your core activated throughout the entire workout.
• Maintain a neutral spine — avoid arching your lower back.
• Press your lower back gently into the mat during supine exercises.
• Focus on slow, controlled movement — no rushing.
• Engage the deep core muscles.
• Avoid lifting your lower back off the floor during leg movements.
• Breathe steadily — exhale during effort to activate your core properly.
• Stay consistent — shaping takes time and repetition 🤍
