The Lebanese government is threatening to take legal action against Showtime's hit drama series Homeland due to what Lebanon's minister of tourism, Fady Abboud, is calling a "serious misrepresentation" of Beirut.
Homeland is under attack! The award winning series produced by Showtime has drawn fire from the Lebanese government, for their "serious misrepresentation" of the city. The Minister of Tourism Fady Abboud has especially expressed outrage, as he has been working hard to portray Lebanon as the Paris of the Middle East.
