Описание: The Fairfield High School Marching Band owns an over 80 year history of musical excellence. Under the then direction of David Burchfield, the '96 & '97 editions won superior ratings at OMEA State Marching Band Finals at Cooper Stadium, Columbus, Ohio with back to back Chicago/Blood,Sweat & Tears shows...arranged by Bill Tipkemper. Both shows feature outstanding musicianship, marching and over all field effects. In over 30 competition marching seasons, the FHSMB have won numerous competitions, marched in Orange Bowl and Hollywood (Cali) Holiday Parades and appeared in performances at Walt Disney World in Florida. Many former band members have gone on to numerous collegiate band positions, have marched in Drum Corps and hold positions in professional ensenmbes while some are presently music educators in all levels...elementary, secondary and college.
