Описание: Move your hands to the front of your chest, then reach up with your palms up and stretch your whole body, reach as high as you can, even with your heels up at the same time. Point both of your thumbs at the top of your head, then slowly put your hands and arms down. Straighten your hands, arms, and shoulder to the same level. This form of YiJinJing can stretch most of your body muscles and joints. It can strengthen your muscles and maintain joint flexibility. It also can improve your ability to balance. It can move your organs’ Qi. In Chinese medical theory, this exercise is good for your digestive system. Be extra cautious if you are an older person, as standing on ball of your feet may cause you to lose your balance and fall.
