Benguet is most known as the Salad Bowl Of The Philippines. It has a Mountainous terrain of peaks, ridges, and canyons and a temperate and generally pleasant climate. Its capital is La Trinidad. The highland province is known as the Salad Bowl of the Philippines due to its huge production of upland vegetables.
