This is the Cosmic NOS Mod for all cars! It is compatible with the offline server of NFSW. The mod makes every car in the game have the ridiculously overpowered NOS, something that couldn't have been done when NFS World existed online.

Instructions:
1) Open .rar file
2) Go to C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\Need for Speed World\Data\GLOBAL
3) Extract attributes.bin into folder
4) Success
Note: attributes.bak is a backup file of the original files, just change the extension to .bin to go back to normal.
