BOILED EGG HAREESA RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Beef 1 kg
Rice soaked 1 cup
Mace grinded ½ tsp
Nutmeg grinded 1.2 tsp
Clarified butter 2 cups
Hard-boiled eggs 6-8
Onion finely chopped 1 ½ cup
Allspice 1 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 3 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Green lentil with skin 1 cup
Stock 4 cups
Yogurt 1 cup
Boiled wheat 1 ½ cup
Black pepper ½ tsp
Coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon wedges, ginger thinly sliced for garnishing
METHOD :
Heat ½ cup ghee, add 1 chopped onion, and fry till golden remove, add the remaining ghee and onion, and fry till golden, add ginger garlic paste, black pepper yogurt, fry masala well, add beef and bhuna well, add 4-5 cups water, keep it to cook on low flame till beef tender, then blend, after blending beef, add to the masala again, add soaked rice, boiled wheat, moong ki daal, remove the skin and add to beef, and continuously keep mixing with a wooden spoon, add 4 cups stock, cover, and cook for few hours, and lastly photo well. Heat ½ cup ghee, add mace and nutmeg, ginger slices, and green chilies, add to the harness, top with chopped coriander leaves, remove in a serving dish, and serve with ½ cut boiled eggs. Lastly, add fried onion on top, and serve hot.
