Akon also talked about BMF and the crew's influence on today's Hip Hop culture. According to Akon, BMF has played a large role in how rapper's floss today. Akon also pointed out that before BMF became popular, rappers had their own styles and were more unique. Later in the clip, Akon details the events that led up to his manager Screw getting killed while trying to prevent a robbery.
