Описание: On August 30th, 1986, four divers entered Morrison Spring's lower cavern after a training dive. Two emerged safely. Two did not. Victim #1 and Victim #2 were found in total darkness—regulators out of their mouths, lights no longer operational, no guideline to follow. The National Speleological Society's Cave Diving Section identified five critical violations: no guideline, inadequate lighting, insufficient air supply, lack of proper training, and poor judgment. These weren't experienced cave divers caught by unusual hazards. These were divers who entered a dark, silt-filled cavern without the most basic safety equipment.
