How long?

"Realistically, you need 5 to 10 years of pain."

That's not pessimism. That's reality for home services businesses.

Unless you're a SaaS company that can scale fast, or you have serious cash flow and structure from day one, you're looking at 5 to 10 years before you see anything substantial.

Most people quit at year two or three because they didn't know this going in.

They thought technical skill would be enough. They thought hard work would fast-track success.

But building awareness, trust, and a customer base? That takes time. Real time.

If you're not prepared for the long game, don't start the game.
