Therefore, I will deliver a retinoid 101 for anti-aging, and illustrate what retinols are, what retinol products I like for my sensitive skin in my anti-aging skincare routine i.e. Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair, as well as explain what retinaldehyde is, and finally retinoic acid (which you may be familiar with as tretinoin). I will give a product review of the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair, and how it can fit into your anti-aging skincare routine

My aim in this video is to give you enough information to make an informed decision about which retinoid to purchase for your anti-aging skincare routine. I will explain my experiences incorporating retinols, and specifically Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair into my anti-aging skincare routine. I started with retinol (e.g. The Ordinary 0.2 % / 0.5% in Squalane), and tried a few other retinol products before I tried the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Cream. I prefer the fragrance free version of the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair.

I will walk you through how to prepare your skin in order to incorporate retinoids into your anti-aging skincare routine, and considerations for those of you who may have sensitive, rosacea-prone skin like me!

Finally, I will explain how I use retinol in my nighttime routine, and how I apply it to my face in order to get the best results.

There are many benefits of including retinoids in your skin care routine. They help with acne, reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles, reduce hyperpigmentation, assist with pore reduction, and reverse sun damage. There is a lot of clinical evidence to support their efficacy!
