Ship Model Competition in Ukraine: Competitors range in age from six to about 16 years

Описание: Submarines, tankers, even aircraft carriers - all right next to a fountain in front of the city hall in Dnipropetrovsk in southern-eastern Ukraine.

This is where young inventors are competing in model building contest.

The scale built models have to resemble their real counterparts in all of the details including design specifications. Although the competitors range in age from six to about 16 years old the judges aren't that easy on them.

The contestants say, competitions like this are just as fun as computer games.
