Florida authorities arrested Autumn Bardisa, 29, for allegedly posing as a licensed nurse and providing care to thousands of unsuspecting patients without a valid nursing license.
"This is one of the most disturbing cases of medical fraud we've ever investigated," Sheriff Rick Staly said in a statement on Wednesday.
