Bryson City, NC is home to Deep Creek in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This is a must visit area in the Smokies. Deep Creek is a great place to float in a tube but there are also quite a few hiking trails. Fishermen also enjoy this area. There are three beautiful waterfalls that can be seen with just a short hike. Juney Whank and Indian Creek falls are accessed by the trails and Tom Branch falls dumps into Deep Creek. Tom Branch falls can be seen from the main trail and from the creek as you float by it. We have a separate video of us floating Deep Creek in tubes so check that one out as well. Don't forget about the North Carolina side of the Smoky Mountains!
