Ingredients:
Gluten Free Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cookies
1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cups brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup gluten free flour or you can use all purpose wheat flour if not gluten free
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups of gluten free oatmeal or regular if you are not gluten free
1 cup chocolate chip
bake at 350 for 12 mins
