I pray you’re healthy, happy and at peace wherever this video finds you.💛 In this video, I’m freehand painting a mandala using mermaid colours on a black canvas using acrylic paint cones. I just felt inspired to use these colours and let whatever needed to flow out, to do so. I love how it came together in the end, especially the henna-inspired flower petals. ✔ Acrylic Paint Cones in various blues and greens, plus 1 metallic purple cone!
✔ Black 20 x 20cm canvas
✔ 1 blue rhinestone for the centre
✔ Watercolour pencil and compass to create circular guidelines
✔Modpodge sealant to seal canvas once dry
