Please disregard the mouse settings because I use a controller to play this game. Maximum Camera Speed for both normal gameplay and when aiming are preferential settings. Set Camera Acceleration for normal gameplay and while aiming all the way to the right to reduce acceleration as much as possible. I set my Field of View to the max because this is how I play most other games as well. Camera Wobble is entirely up to you, it is just an effect. Settings below:
Maximum Camera Speed (Controller)
Normal Gameplay: 8
When Aiming: 4
Camera Acceleration (Controller)
Normal Gameplay: 10
When Aiming: 10
Field of View: +5 (Max)
Running Camera Assist: Off
Camera Wobble: Off
