2 cups makhana/fox nuts
3 tbsp sooji/semolina
5 tbsp + 1 tsp desi ghee
1 cup gur/jaggery
1/4 cup water
10 badam
10 pista
10 kishmish
10 kaju
1 tsp elaichi powder
1.5 cup full fat milk
