IS YOUR ENVIRONMENT SUPPORTING YOUR GROWTH?

Описание: In NLP (neuro linguistic programming), there is something called the ‘Logical Levels’ in relation to change. There are different versions of the pyramid out there but one of the levels of change that isn’t talked about enough when you’re growing and evolving is your environment and how important it is. 

From the people that you surround yourself with, to where you reside, to everything that surrounds you, your environment plays a huge role in your results and success. It will either hinder and hold you back or it can propel you forward. 

Ultimately you want to be setting yourself up for success and this will require you to ask yourself some key questions.

How is my environment currently serving me?
Is this environment helping me grow and evolve?
What do I need to release in order for me to grow and evolve?
 
If you think about nature and what plants need to grow in order to thrive; from the soil, the water and the humidity, you are no different my dear. Your environment should be nurturing and nourishing you to blossom and thrive…in abundance and love. 

This is one small step in starting the rewiring of your brain - how you set yourself up for success and start to rewire your brain.
