How to build a mandalorian armor with sintra part 1

Sintra, often used as signs, can easily be found in trade shows.

By the way, cutting sintra with a demel is so much easier than with an X-acto knife, if you have one.


I created the armor to my size but here are the templates if you wish to have a guide. Use the measurement line provided on each template as a scale guide for printing (unless you want to change the size). Note that some templates are only for the right side; you simply have to flip your paper over to get an exact replica for the left side:
