Ultrasound is a challenging imaging modality especially when it comes to characterizing soft tissue masses.
This is the first video in a series discussing the evaluation of soft tissue masses of the trunk and extremities (with emphasis on superficial masses).
Basic background and a brief literature review will be the focus of this video.
What follows are 18 real life cases with MRI and/or histologic correlation when available. Please watch this first and then go on to the cases.
