After being told the run on the previous Sunday, 10/29, departed at 12:30 instead of 9:30 like on Saturday 10/28, I figured the same would apply to Sunday 11/5. Of course I learned the hard way I was wrong, as I somehow heard the M5, my first and likely last, from Rockwood and found the train stopped before the tunnel to reverse back west. Beyond pissed off, I was desperate to get any sound from the M5. I finally caught the engineer's attention at Ozone and got three shows at the last three shots. Once the train arrived back at the mine and everyone left, I figured the train would have to pull up to the overpass and shove back to the shop to clear the way, where I could possibly get a normal shot of the M5. That last shot was the best possible redemption, but not being able to chase this east pretty much ruined the day.
