As part of the Digital Lifeline project, Maisie received a new tablet with data, and support to learn how to use her new device safely and confidently.
The new device and skills meant she could reconnect with her support network during lockdown, massively improving her mental health and wellbeing.
Digital Lifeline is an emergency response project getting devices, data and digital skills support to digitally excluded people with learning disabilities in England. It is funded by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) and delivered by Good Things Foundation.
