When Snow Falls in Egypt

The priests of Thebes recorded it with trembling: “The god Ra covered the sun with a cloak of cold.” The pyramids were covered in a layer of white, the sphinx froze, and the Nile River was as still as glass. No one understood—what was happening?

Some thought it was a curse. Others thought it was a sign of the gods descending to earth. But when morning came, the snow had simply vanished.

And on the pyramid stones, one thing remained: strange traces resembling unknown symbols—as if someone, or something, had marked its arrival in the storm.

To this day, that record remains.
And strangely… it never snowed again in Egypt.
