This video will show you how I replaced and fixed the brake noise. A stuck caliper pin caused the grinding noise and vibrations. After installing the new rotors and brake pads, I cleaned and greased the old caliper pins. Now caliper moves easily. However; I am not happy with the grease, I should have used a silicon based grease.
After installation, I took a test drive, on a slow speed (10-20mph) for 10-20 mins. Do not brake hard, brake slowly, this step is really important. Please google "How to bed in your new brakes".
I will be installing new pins and boots, perhaps i will do a runout test as well (pulsation/judder issues).
