Damnnn, I've longed for this day for so long. Eh, that came out wrong... ahem thank you for waiting, it's been 3 months. So I seriously believe that uploading this very theme of God of War must be the wise choice.

I've carefully selected this order:
0:00 - Kratos and the Sea.
0:32 - The vengeful Spartan (original)
1:06 - God of war II Title.
1:30 - Divine Retribution.

Even though I want to play all the 100+ variations of "The vengeful Spartan", I noticed they're iconic because of replacing instruments in orchestra thus making the timbre unique. So basically the other themes like Athens Rooftops Fighting, Cliffs of Madness, Duel With Ares, Aegean Storm,... are the same but in different tempo, rhythm. For this video, I wanted to stay close to the original rhythm of The vengeful spartan so I cannot venture to further styles. Also I guess it's starting to get boring as it progresses so I thought I should stop there.

Ω About the arrangement:
The best thing to tell here is Half-Pedal technique. Yes, I make good use of it here. Accidentally my foot is revealed here lol but you can tell how I am using the Pedal. I only use it in the 2nd section of the video. Since the original song has a feeling of strong and separated beats and the melody needs to sustain too, so I thought of this technique. For the 3rd section, it was almost impossible to play that GoW 2 Title as there are 3 independant melodies that are widely spreaded. There is no way I could handle an octave for bassline, the "Pheraspi Kratos" Kratos, and an octave the main melody. So I hope this way can work out well. Plus I think listeners need to rest between sections so I made a calmer but deep version.

For the 4th section, "Devine Retribution", the making was really easy but the idea of this part is kinda cool lemme explain: The composer uses the technique I don't know how to call in English nor in Vietnamese but it's kinda repeat the melody after it was played thus making it a unique arrangement already. Speaking in the view of the story, to me this is literally the last version of The Vengeful Spartan where Kratos casted his final revenge on his greatest enemy: Zeus. I was really glad that I found this OST out at the end while writing this sheet.
