[Bangla with English subtitle] This story follows Razia Sultana and Rofiya, two Rohingya women in Cox's Bazar. Razia runs the Rights for Women Welfare Society (RWWS), the first women-led organization in her community advocating for women's rights. She discussed her challenges and achievements as a female leader. Rofiya owns a tailoring shop in the Rohingya Refugee camp 5. Rofiya shared how the women's market initiative and training from UN Women helped her gain financial independence and an empowered position in her community.
"Good Practices in Gender Mainstreaming" video series produced with technical support from UN Women, the Gender in Humanitarian Action Working Group (GiHA WG) in Cox’s Bazar produced the good practices video series in collaboration with key sector partners working in the Rohingya refugee humanitarian response.
