Hi! Today I'm sharing a more vulnerable video, and honestly, it feels a bit strange to put something like this online..... I’m practicing breaking free from old mental patterns: fear of being seen, perfectionism, and holding on to things that no longer serve me. All little ghosts from my past. A bit of a mind clean-up is always welcome!
I hope this video inspires someone to step out of their own fearful patterns, or at least reflect on them. And if you’ve worked through some fears yourself, I’d love to hear your tips!
