1 can @grace Corned beef
1/2 head green cabbage
1/2 white Onion - julienned
1/2 Green pepper - julienned
2 cloves Garlic - minced
1 bunch Scallions
2 sprigs Thyme
1/2 Scotch bonnet - deseeded and chopped
1 Tomato - diced
2 tablespoons All purpose seasoning
2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Black pepper
2 cups white rice
2 tablespoons butter
