Preparation: Getting cozy and finding our "Floating Position."
The Otter Float: A gentle body-relaxation exercise to release the day's energy.
River Breathing: Slow, rhythmic breaths that mimic the flow of water.
The Sleepy Promise: Positive affirmations to build security and calm before sleep.
This meditation uses Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) and Guided Imagery specifically designed for children. It helps reduce bedtime anxiety, settles "fidgety" bodies, and creates a consistent, peaceful transition to sleep.
