The dewatering bag, also known as a geotextile filter bag or a silt bag, will capture mud, silt, trash, and debris during dewatering operations when emptying a swampy area on a construction site or clearing a city street after a broken water main.
Keep harmful pollutants out of storm drains and the water supply by using dewatering bags. The dewatering bag will capture these pollutants from a dewatering pump's discharge hose and only allow clean water to flow onto the ground and into a city's storm drains.
