UNHCR X Together for Better Foundation

Описание: Over two impactful days in Kakuma and Kalobeyei, Together For Better Foundation reached 1,000+ women and girls, distributing 900+ reusable sanitary pad kits and blankets while leading vital conversations on menstrual health, dignity, and empowerment.

Through visits to schools, women’s centres, health facilities, and community-led organisations, we listened, learned, and worked alongside women and girls to identify practical, sustainable solutions from menstrual hygiene education to exploring social enterprises that build skills, livelihoods, and long-term resilience.

This mission highlights the power of private sector partnerships in advancing the Humanitarian-Development-Peace Nexus (HDP Nexus). We are proud to collaborate with UNHCR Kenya and United Asian Network Limited, aligned with the Shirika Plan and KISEDP, turning shared intent into real impact on the ground.
