Описание: Here Grandmaster Eddie Chong demonstrates some Pan Nam Wing Chun Chin Na (joint locking) applications. What is unique to this branch of Wing Chun are its clawing and tearing hand motions and intriquete Chin Na / Qin Na (joint locking) techniques very similar to Eagle Claw Kung Fu. The Pan Nam Dummy form contains much clawing and eye gouging as well. All of the Pan Nam empty hand forms Siu Nim Tao, Chum Kiu and Biu Jee contain Qigong in them. Pan Nam (a disciple of Shaolin Kung Fu) did have a seperate Qigong form solely for developing Qi (internal strength) that he called the "Lost Treasure of Shaolin Training" called Five Petal Plum Blossom Qigong.
