Made in Abyss is known for many as a gory and scary animated series with incredible music. Its world building as well as memorable characters definitely has left a mark on the industry and is a statement to how powerful anime can be as a medium.

My goal with this video is to retell the story of the first season through analysis, narration and of course, my own music, inspired by the story itself as well as Kevin Penkin's music.
