Hip hop artist Eminem is famous for his music, but he's had some fights against politicians in USA, and one in New Zealand.
-Eminem first had a disagreement against USA president George W Bush, which regarded the threats Eminem made at George Q Bush, and telling him to fight the Iraq War himself.
After hearing the death threats, the Secret Services tried to cancel Eminem after the song Mosh was used. Eminem defended the kids and teenagers who would be forced to go fight in the war, and George Bush trying to make the country all about him than being a country leader.
-Eminem had a fight against Tipper Gore (Al Gore's wife) and Lynne Cheney (Dick Cheney's wife), which the women complained about Eminem's lyrics being too disturbing, and violent misogenist In the song White America, Eminem called them out, and Tipper Gore's Parents Music Resource Center which had Parental Advisory's stickers, Eminem would rather have the USA flag than a sticker on the White House.
-It was Eminem's first time encountering Donald Trump who was just known for being a businessman who owns hotels and golf courses. When Eminem had a fake convention called Shady National Convention hosted by Carson Daly and Vanessa Lachey, that caught the eye of Donald Trump who tried to make it all about him instead. Donald Trump said that Eminem was winning because Donald Trump voted for him, and that it was hosted in New York City. Eminem stepped up, and told Donald Trump to shut up.
-Bill and Hillary Clinton had some words about Eminem for using violent, misogynic, and anti-gay language. Eminem used his song Role Model, rapping about if he didn't use drugs, he'd lie, and Bill Clinton would be f***ed up.
In 2014, New Zealand Prime Minister John Key tried to use Eminem's song Lose Yourself for his re-election campaign, which caught the attention of Eminem, and the music lables Shady Records (Eminem's label), Aftermath (Dr Dre's label), and Interscope Records.
John Key's campaign made an excuse that they used a similar-like song.
This was taken to court, and a New Zealand judge claimed that the similar-like song was a copy of Lose Yourself.
A copyright claim was paid in $600,000 New Zealand dollars.
Eminem has dissed Donald Trump on several songs, such as the freestyle The Storm (2017) and Campaign Speech (2016), No Favors by Big Sean ft Eminem, Like Home ft Alicia Keys, and some on Eminem's Kamikaze album in 2018.
