𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘂𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲:

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
0:03 Heat the headlight in a box for about 15 minutes
0:11 Open the headlight by cutting the permaseal from the glass, we used a flat screwdriver and our permaseal tools
1:22 Release the cover from the housing
1:28 Make the fitting free for the projector
1:54 Separate the refelctor from the housing
2:05 Mark the light output on a wall for centre the projectors later this video
2:25 Drill a hole for the bi-xenon wires
2:53 Place the projector in the refelctor
DON'T FORGET TO MOUNT THE MINI GATLIN GUN SHROUDS BEFORE YOU PLACE THE PROJECTOR
3:27 Place the bulb and test the lightoutput on the wall what's marked before
3:57 Replace the reflector into the housing
4:34 Connect the bi-xenon wires with the adjusted adpater
5:04 Don't forget to clean all the finger prints of the lens and covers
5:11 Put some butyl sealant in the housing and close the headlight
6:06 Put the headlight in the box again for about 12 minutes
6:16 Push the glass tight in the housing and let it cool down
6:38 Drill a hole in the caps for the wires

Retrofitting refers to the addition of new technology or features to older systems. These days there are a lot of people who put a simple plug & play xenon kit in their halogen headlight housing in an attempt to improve night vision and looks of their vehicle. In fact they don’t realize that their headlight beams are often worse than before. Night vision achieves relatively little improvement on night vision because of a poor beam pattern, which increases the blinding of other road users. This is because their headlight housings are designed for halogen and not xenon.

A true Bi-Xenon projector update is now possible for your car. Such an upgrade will significantly improve your light output from 700-2100 lumens to 2800 and 3500 lumens, without blinding other traffic with glare from your headlight. Upgrade your headlight OEM style!
