Journey to Sweden to view The Master of Swedish Light and Figures, Anders Leonard Zorn (1860-1920). This video is an artist's view of Zorn's Museum, Zorngården and summer painting cabin in Gopsmor.
Zorn painted in his two Northern lit log cabin studios, en plein air and fireside creating timeless beauty with the most basic of materials. Close up images of Zorn's palette, oil colors and locations of his paintings. Zorn was a versitile Master of Water Color, Oil Painting, Sculpture and Etching.
Contemporary Figurative Artist Jeremy Lipking coordinated a painting trip "In the Footsteps of Anders Zorn. I traveled with Jeremy Lipking and a small group of talented artists to paint in Sweden in the footsteps of Zorn.
