Olympic lifter David Garcia of California boasts some impressive credentials: 2006 Youth National Champion (85kg class), 2007 Junior National Champion (85kg class), 2010 University National Champion (105kg class), 2013 American Open Champion (105kg class) and a competitor for Team USA at the 2013 Pan-Am and World Championships. David’s current competition bests of 171kg snatch and 205kg clean & jerk rank him among the very best competitors in USA Weightlifting.
Despite these accolades, Garcia's still hungry. A promising finish at the 2015 Arnold has him looking to another podium finish in 2016.
